(54) STAKE FOR TEXTILE PEELS
(57) The invention relates to the finishing production of the textile industry and effectively cleans the guide rollers. Rotary brushes or nozzle installations are installed in the steamer, which in the non-working position are located outside the length of the guide rollers. In the working position, the brushes or nozzle installations move along chains along guide rollers for cleaning. 10 hp ff, 3 ill.
The invention relates to the finishing production of the textile industry and can be used for steaming textile webs.
The aim of the invention is the cleaning efficiency of the guide rollers.
Figure 1 shows a looped steamer, a vertical longitudinal section; Fig. 2 illustrates a part of the upper row of guide rollers with the cleaning elements operating; on fig.Z - steamer option.
The steamer contains a chamber 1, having an inlet 2, through which, in the direction of the arrow 3, the web 4 enters, which then exits the chamber through the outlet 5 to pass through the washing bath 6 and the guide roller 7 for further processing.
Steamer contains in the chamber 1 located in the horizontal plane
the upper row of 8 guide rollers 9 and the lower row of guide rollers 10. The distance between the guide rollers 9, perpendicular to their axis, is somewhat larger than the diameter of the guide rollers 10. The guide rollers
10 thanks to this can be lifted by the carriers (not shown) in the position
11 (figure 1, the dotted line).
When the steamer is in operation, the cloth 4 passes through vertical loops 12 in a long section through the steamer (Fig. 1). If a certain length of the web is missed and immediately after it another yardage, possibly also of a different material and differently colored, must be processed, then the guide rollers 9 and 10 must be pre-cleaned. For this purpose, the lower guide rollers 10 are pulled into the upper position.

 ABOUT
11, in which they are located in the same plane with the guide rollers 9. For cleaning the guide rollers 9 and 11, rows 8 and below and above the rollers are provided parallel to the guide rollers 9 and 11 of the rotating cleaning elements 13 and 14. Cleaning elements 1 3 and 1 4 are depicted in a non-working position (Fig. 1), in which they are located to the right outside the vertical loops 12.
The liquid from the cleaning elements 13 and 14 does not drip onto the web when the steamer is in operation. Under the cleaning elements 13 and 14 there are additionally arranged baths 1 5 and 16 for collecting the washing liquid and discharging it.
In the working position, the cleaning elements 13 and 14 can reciprocably move in the direction of the arrows 17 and 18, respectively, along the horizontal through the guides for this route. The path corresponds to 16482544
Instead of installing its own nozzle for each individual roller 9 and 11, only one such nozzle can be installed for each - a cleaning element that is placed with it on a common skid and through chains 19 and 20 together with cleaning elements is pulled (Fig. 1) in the form of nozzles 22.
It is possible that, instead of two for a series of 8 cleaning elements, there is only one. It is assumed that the steamer must be freed from the web before cleaning. In this case, one cleaning element can, on the one hand, reach all the guide rollers, since no part of the latter can be covered with the web 4 (Fig. 2).
It is possible that the lower guide rollers 10 are made very heavy and remain in their positions. The lower end of the row 23 is set to a cleaned-up run range of endless drive elements 24, which along the bow chains 19 and chains 20, respectively, by which the cleaning elements 13 and 14 are moved parallel to themselves along the row 8. The cleaning elements 13 and 14 are conducted on TK com is the vertical distance from row 8, so that they touch the circumference of the guide rollers 9 and 11, in contact with them and erase contaminants due to their rotation, and the canvas 4 is slowly drawn so that all other places of circumference guide x prikasayuts clips successively to the cleaning member 13 and 14. This process is maintained when attaching to the inner side walls steamers nozzles 21 which are directed transversely Infusion container jetting water on the circumference of the guide rollers 9 and 11.
The upper cleaning elements 13 (FIG. 2) capture the upper side of the guide rollers 11, along which the web 4 runs along the lower side of FIG. 1, the cleaning elements 13, I4 and 24 consist of cylindrical rotating brushes around the axis, and one cleaning element Radiating or almost radial parts of the bristles or cylindrical bodies with synthetic foam coating, as in Fig.2. On the cleaning element 2, the synthetic foam is coated with 27 deposited on the drive roller-like core 28 and, on the circumference of the cloth restrained by the web, 4 guide rollers 9 erase cleaning. The side nozzle 21 is placed outside
not while the cleansing element of the vertical plane passing
Step 14 acts on the underside of the guide rollers 9. In this case, the canvas 4 should be drawn only for a length corresponding to the circumference of one guide roller 9 and I. The cleaning elements 13 and i4 can move back or forth one or more times along row 8 .

The horizontal path is moved by the drive chain 25 and cleans the lower guide rollers 10. The steamer must be removed from the web before cleaning. Along the upper row in this case, only one cleaning element is moved, which, like the cleaning element 24, can be moved above or below the rows 8 and 23, respectively.
In Fig. 1, the cleaning elements 13, I4 and 24 consist of cylindrical rotating brushes about the axis, but cleaning elements with radial or nearly radial bristle parts or cylindrical bodies with a synthetic foam coating, as in Fig. 2, are also provided. On the cleaning element 26, the synthetic foam coating 27 is applied to the drive roller-like core 28 and, along the circumference of the guide-bed, 4 of the guide rollers 9, erase cleaning. The side nozzle 21 is placed outside
vertical plane passing
through the axis of the guide rollers 9, and sprays a sinus formed by the guide roller 9 and the cleaning element 26 on the right (Fig. 2). The cleaning elements 13, 14, 24 and 26 around the circumference are elastically flexible so that they can move a little closer to the guide rollers,
what is the sum of their diameters, and with a correctly chosen difference in peripheral velocities, a clear, wiping, and, respectively, erasing effect is established.
In the steamer (Fig. 3), instead of rotating cleaning elements 13, 14, 24 and 26, nozzle tubes are provided.
units 29, which, like the cleaning elements 13, 14, 24 and 26, move with driving chains 19, 20 and 29 along rows of guide rollers 9 and 10, respectively. The nozzle installations 29 are arranged parallel to the guide rollers 9 and 10G and along the length of the cleaning elements, nozzle tubes 30 are installed, to which separate nozzles 31 or slit nozzles parallel to the axis are connected parallel to the axis of the axis, from which, if necessary, an aqueous solution of the corresponding can be directed directly to the guide rollers 9 and 10. detergent.
If cleaning occurs when the lower guide rollers 10 are raised to position 11, i.e. when the web 4 is tight, the latter slowly moves - and at the same time the slowly guiding rollers 9 and 10 turn in order to provide all parts of their circumference for cleaning. If cleaning occurs when the steamer is released, the guide rollers 9 and 10 are driven by the cleaning jets emanating from the nozzles 31, if the cleaning jets are not exactly central to the guide rollers 9 and 10. Due to this, the cleaning entire circumference of guide rollers.
A compensator can be placed in the steamer, which does not regulate the path of movement of the cleaning elements (Fig. 3). Fifth and eighth guide rollers 32 and 33 of the upper p ay 8
driven by drive. The four lower guide rollers 10 lying in front of the fifth guide roller 32 are located on a common frame 34 and are jointly pushed up and respectively lowered. They can, therefore, produce a joint compensating movement, in which the drive speed of the five upper guide rollers 9 can be set. The first four lower guide rollers 10 and the fifth upper rail 32 form a group compensator together. The same is true for the fifth to ninth lower guide tracks 10, which are located on the two-sided frame 35 and with the eighth upper guide roller 33, are assembled by a group compensator.
When cleaning, the entire device of the lower guide rollers 10 with the frames 34 and 35 is extended upwards and thus does not interfere with the nozzle installation 29 moving under the upper row 8.
